Delete your Niverville Car Wash account

This page explains how to delete your account and personal information from the Niverville Car Wash app (published by Intellect Innovations Inc.).

How to ask

1. Email manager@nivervillecarwash.ca from the email address on your account.

2. Use the subject line Delete my account.

3. Tell us the name on your account. We may reply to confirm it's really you.

We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your name, email address and phone number

• Saved mailing addresses

• Your sign-in and notification settings

What we keep

• Order and payment records, which we must keep for tax and accounting by law. These are kept only as long as the law requires.

• Any balance on your physical wash card stays on the card and can still be used at the bay.
